Our Shared Agreements

Community Guidelines

Founder Circle is a Pan-African sisterhood of women actively building businesses. These guidelines protect the trust, safety, and generosity that make this space rare.

1. Show up with respect

Every founder here is walking her own path. Speak to one another with kindness, curiosity, and dignity, across country, culture, industry, and stage. Discrimination, harassment, or personal attacks of any kind are not tolerated.

2. Honour confidentiality

What is shared in Founder Circle stays in Founder Circle. Do not screenshot, forward, or publicly share another founder's story, numbers, or challenges without her written permission. Trust is our foundation.

3. Give before you take

This community thrives on generosity. Share introductions, feedback, resources, and lessons learned. Ask thoughtfully and reciprocate whenever you can.

4. Keep it authentic

Represent yourself and your business truthfully. Celebrate real wins, share real struggles. This is not a place for performance, it is a place for progress.

5. No spam, no hard sells

Founder Circle is not a marketplace. Do not cold-pitch members, blast promotions, or use the directory for unsolicited outreach. Collaboration invitations should be relevant, respectful, and rare.

6. Protect the sisterhood

If something feels off, whether a conversation, a request, or a member, tell us. We will handle every concern with care and confidentiality. Members who breach these guidelines may be warned or removed from the community.

7. Build together, rise together

We are Pan-African by design. Champion founders from countries and industries beyond your own. Our strength is the width and depth of this circle.

"We rise by lifting others, and we do it together."
